Why have I been charged on the 6th of the month?

If you’ve been charged £39, this will be for a VIP Member Credit, which is now available in your JustFab account for you to spend on future purchases.

If you placed your first order with us by claiming our VIP welcome offer and selecting the VIP option at checkout, you’re now subscribed to JustFab VIP Membership.

The VIP Membership is flexible, so you can always choose whether or not you want to be charged. Between the 1st and the 5th of each month, we’ll give you the option to shop anything you like (no minimum purchase) or click on “Skip the Month” if you don’t want to be charged for a VIP Member Credit that month. You can skip as many months as you like, and you’ll still get to enjoy all your VIP perks.
