What are VIP, Elite VIP, and Diamond VIP statuses? Can my current status expire?

When you join the Loyalty Programme, you’ll start off as a VIP. As you collect more loyalty points, your status will be upgraded to a higher loyalty tier. The higher the status, the more benefits are available to you. You can check your current status on the Loyalty page under “My account”.

When you earn 5,000 points within 12 months, you’ll achieve “Elite” status.

When you earn 10,000 points within 12 months, you’ll achieve “Diamond” status.

Your status is re-evaluated yearly from the date you received your new status. Your re-evaluation is based on your previous year’s earned points.

Once you receive a status, you’ll remain in that status for one year, regardless of how many points you spend.
