If I return an item, how and when I will be refunded?

You’ll be refunded to the same payment method you used to place the order.

If you paid for your order using a credit card and you want a full refund to your original payment method, you’ve got 14 days from the date you received your order to request a refund. If your order was paid for using VIP Credits or Store Credits, you’ll be refunded to the same payment method.

Once we’ve processed your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued to your bank account, or up to 3 business days for it to be issued to your VIP credit balance.
