I love the Membership but I need a break. Can I pause my Membership without cancelling it?

We understand that a membership is a big commitment – even if it’s as flexible as ours – and sometimes we all need a break. If you love JustFab and still want to enjoy your perks, but for whatever reason you can’t do the Membership, get in touch with our customer service team via live chat. They can assist you in pausing your membership for 3 months.

If you request a Membership pause, you’ll still be able to shop and enjoy your perks during the pause period.

We’ll confirm the pause via email, and, before the pause period comes to an end, we’ll also send you a reminder email – so you’re aware of your Membership reactivation, and you can start shopping or skipping again as usual.
