How can I use my VIP Member Credits?

Using your VIP Member Credits is simple.

Add an item (or items) to your bag and continue shopping. Your VIP Credit will be automatically applied at checkout and deducted from your order total (up to £79.95). If the item you’ve selected is of a higher value, you’ll simply have to pay the difference using your preferred payment method.

When purchasing discounted and/or promotional products, the use of credits will only be accepted at our discretion. In that case, please check the T&Cs of each promotion.
