How can I return my items?

Before you start your returns process:

– Please make sure you’ve only worn the items to try them on. Items must be returned in their original condition, without damage. In addition, all tags and labels should still be attached to the item. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value caused by improper handling of the item.

You can easily & quickly register your return online:

Go to your account, then click on “Orders and returns”, choose your order and select “Initiate Return”. Select which item you want to return and click “Continue”. You’ll be able to choose whether to return the item for a refund or an exchange.
